Terms and Conditions Use of the raa8 Platform

Welcome to raa8, an online entertainment and gaming platform dedicated to users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and raa8 ("Platform", "We", "raa8").

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by raa8 — whether through the raa8.app website or the official raa8 mobile app — you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document, as well as any other documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at raa8 or use any service on this platform. Acceptance of the terms is an absolute condition for use of the platform.

Raa8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any significant changes via in-app notifications, registered email, or website announcements. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

These Terms govern the relationship between raa8 and platform users, including but not limited to account registration, fund deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and wagering, acceptance of bonuses and promotions, and use of the raa8 mobile app.

2 Account Eligibility & Age Limit

To register and use the raa8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date and throughout the use of the platform.
• An individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any legitimate gambling platform.
• Not acting on behalf of or as a proxy for any third party without the written consent of raa8.
• Registering and using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or criminal purposes.

Raa8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Should a user fail to provide satisfactory proof of age, raa8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the raa8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your official identification document, an active Malaysia mobile number, a valid email address, and your correct date of birth.

As part of the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, raa8 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time, including:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of the payment method used.
• Proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Any additional documents deemed necessary by the raa8 compliance team.

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal of funds is approved. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal function.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Raa8 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia for user convenience. All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• FPX (Online Banking) — all Malaysian local banks that support FPX services.
• eWallet — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other Malaysian digital wallets.
• Crypto — USDT (Tether) via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks.

The minimum deposit at raa8 is as low as RM10. raa8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond raa8's control.

Funds deposited into a raa8 account must originate from a legitimate source and be the personal property of the registered user. raa8 does not accept deposits from third parties or through accounts not belonging to the registered user. Any attempt at fraud or money laundering through the raa8 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Wins Withdrawal

Raa8 processes winning withdrawals promptly — our target is within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified Malaysian local bank accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed 7 days a week, including public holidays.

The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The account must have completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that under the same user's name as registered on raa8.
• Any bonus received is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for every transaction.
• Raa8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a security measure.

Raa8 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of platform terms. In such cases, the relevant account will be investigated and the user will be contacted for cooperation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Raa8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the respective promotion announcement.

The general guidelines for all raa8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus type carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received (e.g., 20x wagering means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total wagers).
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Raa8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including multiple account registrations or promotion abuse.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus is allowed per user, IP address, device, and payment method.

7 Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the raa8 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited by recognized third-party testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including raa8 itself.

Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. raa8 provides a rules guide for every game on the platform. Wins and losses that occur during a game session are final and cannot be altered once the round is complete.

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, the outcome will be determined based on data recorded on the raa8 servers. The decision of the raa8 technical team in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the raa8 platform are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to play games or manipulate the raa8 system.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using the raa8 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or material that is harmful to raa8 or other users.
• Hacking, breaching, or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the raa8 system for unauthorized gain.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including account closure, freezing of funds, and where necessary, legal proceedings.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Raa8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a request from a competent authority.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the raa8 support team. Before the account closure is processed, any valid remaining balance (not subject to investigation) will be returned to the user's original payment method.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account. Such accounts may be subject to a small monthly administrative fee or closure in accordance with raa8's current policy. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email before any action is taken.

10 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

The raa8 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, raa8 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, outages, or temporary unavailability at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raa8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Players acknowledge and accept that online gaming involves financial risk. raa8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of wagering activity on the platform. Players are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.

11 Responsible Gaming

Raa8 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a serious problem. As such, raa8 provides a range of tools players can use to manage their gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss Limit — Limit the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Self-Exclusion — Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account for those who need more serious assistance.

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Raa8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on raa8.app. For significant amendments, raa8 will provide at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect via registered email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the raa8 platform after any amendment to the Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
